William and I have a new addition to the family!

A HUGE [extremely] COMFORTABLE Chair...

its kind of a mixture between a chair and a sofa

DIY: Kitchen Table

This past weekend I refinished the kitchen table that a very sweet family [the Dwiggins]

gave William and I as a wedding present!

adding a little more color to our very white apartment is our

freshly painted and antiqued "Jade" table.

Remember those end tables and

that coffee table i (and my parents)refinished? 

I got new knobs for them! :)

I wanted to find a knob that looked like an older

style knob but would still go with my

other "new" decorations as well.

this knob was the perfect match!

Mom and Dad

In a week and a half I move into Will and I's future home!  It just seems CRAZY that this is where we will live together after we are MARRIED!! I am so excited I can't even stand myself.

So this weekend I [with the help of my parents] refinished two end tables and a coffee table that we will use in our new home!

I am IN LOVE with our new pieces of furniture and I got to spend some quality time with the parents while doing it!

kitchen chairs.

Wiliam and I are in the market for some kitchen chairs.  Luckily, a friend of his family decided to give us a kitchen table, which I am super excited about... now we need to find some fun chairs to go with it!  Our table is going to be white (of course) and I thought chairs with a little color would be perfect!

Hopefully we can find some chairs as cute as these!
